We started out as M Shop back in 2018 and have since rebranded to FAY.

Our founder has 10 years of experience in the trading industry of beauty products. She loves to source for trendy, innovative, down-to-earth products from various countries and she is always keen to share her findings and knowledge to her customers and clients in Malaysia and Singapore.

Our mission at FAY is to introduce quality and unique brands into the Southeast Asian market. We are also moving towards our goal in bringing in brands from countries in Europe and Asia to provide customers with innovative and safe beauty care products at affordable prices.
The views of our customers play an integral role as we take into account of customers’ feedback and opinions. We are all ears and strive to provide and satisfy customers’ needs.
